2. Refund Process

  • We may ask for photos, videos, or other supporting details before confirming a refund or replacement.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
  • If a return is approved, items should be sent back in the condition requested by our support team.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We may decline requests for items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery, unless required otherwise by law.
